Professionally trained in one of the larger national search and selection firms, I personally lead and coach our consultants. Executive search and selection;
Briefing.
It all starts with a thorough brief which defines and refines the requirement and shows our understanding of the organisation, division, role and critical job outputs.
Development of Resourcing Plan.
From the above we will develop a recruitment plan which may involve search, advertised selection, database, or increasingly, a blend of the latter.
Assignment Management.
We manage the whole project on your behalf, whilst keeping you informed in alignment with the programme plan. This involves; long-listing, initial competency-based interviewing and final stage short-listing.
Client Interviews, Offer and Negotiation.
We manage the logistics for the final stage interviews and provide guidance on the interview process, psychometrics, and presentations. Clearly, at this stage we will support you in helping to attract the final candidate to your organisation. This includes offer negotiation and management, as well as support through notice period, start and induction.
Summary Reviews.
We always meet you between 6 and 12 weeks after the start of a new player for an informal review of the process and approach.
